We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized
HVAC Dispatcher to join our growing team. This role is critical for ensuring timely and efficient scheduling of HVAC technicians for service and installation calls. The ideal candidate will have
hands-on experience with ServiceTitan software , strong communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities - Schedule and Dispatch Technicians: Assign jobs based on priority, location, and technician availability using ServiceTitan.
- Manage Work Orders: Create, update, and track service tickets and appointments in ServiceTitan.
- Customer Communication: Confirm appointments, provide updates, and handle inquiries professionally.
- Monitor Progress: Track technician status throughout the day and adjust schedules as needed to maximize productivity.
- Coordinate with Management: Work closely with supervisors to forecast workload and optimize routes.
- Administrative Support: Maintain accurate records of service calls, customer information, and job status.
- Problem Resolution: Address scheduling conflicts and customer concerns promptly and professionally.
Qualifications - Experience: Minimum 2-3 years in dispatching for HVAC or similar service-based industry.
- Software Skills: Proficiency in ServiceTitan and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge: Familiarity with HVAC terminology and operations preferred.

- Education: High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's degree preferred).
Compensation & Benefits - Competitive hourly rate: $16.00-$18.00/hr DOE
