We are currently seeking an experienced and dynamic individual for the role of Permanent Director of Talent Acquisition & Human Resources in our organization. This role is pivotal to our success, and we are looking for someone who is dedicated, innovative, and passionate about creating a diverse, inclusive, and high-performing work environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading all aspects of Talent Acquisition, Human Resources, and Employee Relations within our organization. This is an exciting opportunity to play an integral role in shaping our organization's future, making a significant impact on our culture, and helping to drive our continued growth and success in the legal industry.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement innovative and effective talent acquisition strategies to attract and retain top legal talent.
2. Oversee all aspects of the recruitment process, including job posting, candidate screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
3. Lead the development and execution of HR strategies and initiatives that align with our business objectives.
4. Foster a positive work environment that promotes employee engagement, diversity, and inclusion.
5. Provide guidance and counsel to management on HR-related issues, including performance management, employee relations, and legal compliance.
6. Develop and manage the HR budget and ensure all HR operations are carried out efficiently and cost-effectively.
7. Oversee the administration of employee benefits, compensation, and HR policies and procedures.
8. Stay abreast of the latest trends, best practices, and legal developments in HR and talent acquisition.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. An advanced degree or HR certification is a plus.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior HR or talent acquisition role, preferably within the legal industry.
3. Proven track record of developing and implementing successful talent acquisition strategies.
4. In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, employment law, and industry regulations.
5. Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels of the organization.
7. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make sound decisions based on data.
8. High level of integrity and professionalism, with the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately.
9. Proficiency in HRIS and talent management systems.
10. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, and manage multiple priorities effectively.
