A company is looking for a Director of Talent Acquisition to revolutionize their Talent Acquisition Strategy.

Key Responsibilities

Lead talent acquisition efforts in new international markets and establish recruiting strategies Collaborate with stakeholders to identify talent needs and engage candidates throughout the recruitment process Analyze recruitment data and propose improvements to streamline hiring processes

Required Qualifications

Proven experience in talent acquisition, particularly in technical roles Deep understanding of the Adobe Experience Cloud ecosystem or other digital experience platforms Experience managing compliance with local employment laws in multiple countries Ability to conduct technical screenings and provide feedback on candidates Strong analytical skills to assess recruitment metrics and identify areas for improvement iCiDIGITAL, Inc. d/b/a Blue Acorn iCi
