Achieve assigned sales targets. Develop and maintain an excellent relationship with prospects and customers. Qualifications Must reside in the US. Entrepreneurial mindset with a true sales hunter approach. 7-10+ years Professional Staffing/Consulting Experience. 7+ years selling staffing services into Enterprise clients. 7+ years selling Professional Services. Strong career progression. Strong leadership qualities. Experience/Involved in the RPO, MSP, VMS sales process. Well-connected in the Talent Ecosystem community (TA, Procurement, MSP, CW Program leaders). Strong established relationships with key decision makers in Tech, Finance, Engineering, etc. Strong Customer Service skills. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Minimum Bachelor’s degree. Tech-savvy, proficiency using tools such as Zoom, Dynamics CRM, MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
