As a member of the Network Management team, our Director of Provider Engagement serves as the lead executive responsible for developing and executing programs and initiatives to engage healthcare providers- all in service of creating a person-focused health care experience.

What You Bring to Cambia:

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, healthcare administration or related field. Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years' experience in healthcare provider engagement or a related role.

Skills and Attributes:

• Expert knowledge of healthcare delivery systems, provider networks, and value-based care models.
• Proven track record of building and maintaining relationships with healthcare providers and driving provider engagement initiatives.
• Experience with healthcare economics and/or risk adjustment; project management of large-scale business change, strategy development and execution experience required.
• Proven leadership experience with the ability to inspire and motivate a team to achieve organizational goals.
• Ability to work in a fast paced and dynamic work environment with a high level of adaptability and flexibility.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.

What You Will Do at Cambia:

• Lead a team of professionals responsible for provider engagement across our four-state footprint and Medicare, reinforcing a feedback-rich and results driven environment based on trust.
• Develop and implement a comprehensive provider engagement strategy that aligns with Cambia's strategic objectives, including affordability and care quality objectives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers including physicians, hospitals, and other healthcare professionals.
• Identify opportunities for collaboration and partnership with providers to improve member experience and overall performance.
• Lead the development and implementation of provider engagement programs and initiatives.
• Develop and manage provider performance metrics and benchmarks to measure and track provider performance and identify areas of improvement.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders such as operations, strategic finance, clinical, medical and health informatics team.
• Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes related to provider engagement and healthcare delivery.

The expected hiring range for the Director of Provider Engagement is $193,000-261,050 depending on skills, experience, education, and training; relevant licensure / certifications; and performance history. The bonus target for this position is 25%. The current full salary range for this role is $181,000-296,000.
