We have an outstanding opportunity for a Director of Digital Communications to join one of the most exciting and fastest growing companies in the industry. In this role you will report directly to the Vice President of Strategic Initiatives and drive our digital strategy from its initial stage to a fully developed AI-driven digital decisioning platform. The ideal candidate must have strong analytical and statistical skills, including proficiency in SQL-based account analysis and Business Intelligence to enable the identification/implementation of data-driven decisions to solve problems and increase operational efficiencies.

Responsibilities:

• Use data and analytics to develop operational strategies to optimize performance.
• Innovate by testing new data and analytic approaches to identify potential opportunities and efficiencies.
• Analyze performance, design/implement tests, make changes and review key drivers.
• Partner with Operations, Compliance, IT and our CEO to implement strategies and monitor performance.
• Compile and communicate statistical data in line with operational standards to ownership and key executives/board members.
• Recommend and implement operational techniques and methodologies that ensure highest level of environment availability.

Required Qualifications:

• Statistics or a related field equivalent, collection industry/call center management experience a
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (EXCEL, PowerPoint, etc.), SQL and Power/BI related products .
• Demonstrate problem solving abilities, including strong conceptual and analytical skills and ability to turn findings into executable plans.
• Strong analytical ability to resolve complex problems, gather and interpret data from different sources as well as be able to present findings to key board members and executives.
• Ability to prioritize and complete assigned tasks and projects.
• Excellent communication skills.
