Join Our Team as a Director of Marketing at Cresten

We are seeking a talented and experienced Director of Marketing to join our team at Cresten. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic marketing initiatives to drive growth and market share for our real estate development company.

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans to drive brand awareness and lead generation
• Manage all aspects of digital marketing, including website development, SEO, SEM, social media, and email campaigns
• Oversee the creation of marketing collateral, including brochures, presentations, and advertisements
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities for growth
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels
• Track and report on key performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns
• Manage relationships with external vendors, agencies, and partners

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
• 5+ years of marketing experience, preferably in the real estate or property development industry
• Demonstrated track record of developing successful marketing strategies and campaigns
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive decision-making
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated with a strong attention to detail
• Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM systems
