Director of Finance

Salary: $150,000 – $180,000 + Full Benefits Package

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead financial strategy, budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning in alignment with corporate goals.

• Oversee accounting and financial reporting functions, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery.

• Manage cash flow, treasury, and banking relationships.

• Conduct financial modeling, scenario planning, and project evaluation to support business decisions.

• Provide leadership for human resources, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, benefits, and compliance.

• Oversee IT infrastructure, systems strategy, and cybersecurity in partnership with external providers.

• Lead office administration, facilities management, and vendor relationships.

• Identify and manage operational, financial, and compliance risks, including oversight of insurance programs.

• Partner with executive leadership to support strategic planning and decision-making.

• Build, lead, and develop a high-performing Finance & Administration team.

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (required).

• CPA, MBA, or advanced degree (preferred).

• 10+ years of progressive experience in finance, accounting, and administration, including 5+ years in a leadership role.

• Strong financial acumen, strategic thinking, and executive presence.
