Director of Finance
Salary: $150,000 – $180,000 + Full Benefits Package

Lead financial strategy, budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning in alignment with corporate goals.
Oversee accounting and financial reporting functions, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery.
Manage cash flow, treasury, and banking relationships.
Conduct financial modeling, scenario planning, and project evaluation to support business decisions.
Provide leadership for human resources, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, benefits, and compliance.
Oversee IT infrastructure, systems strategy, and cybersecurity in partnership with external providers.
Lead office administration, facilities management, and vendor relationships.
Identify and manage operational, financial, and compliance risks, including oversight of insurance programs.
Partner with executive leadership to support strategic planning and decision-making.
Build, lead, and develop a high-performing Finance & Administration team.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (required).
CPA, MBA, or advanced degree (preferred).
10+ years of progressive experience in finance, accounting, and administration, including 5+ years in a leadership role.
Strong financial acumen, strategic thinking, and executive presence.
