Are you a motivated and dynamic Talent Acquisition leader, who is ready for a career-defining challenge? We are looking for a forward-thinking, action-oriented
Director, Global Talent Acquisition to lead our re-imagined global talent acquisition team. You will ensure that our global team - which includes full-time regional and critical role recruiters, as well as local recruiting specialists - delivers winning candidates within set time expectations. You will enrich our EVP and increase our quality of hire with creativity and engaging initiatives. You will be responsible for delivering a top-notch candidate experience, combined with outstanding recruiter performance. You also will position Sensient for the future, leveraging technological advancements and innovative outreach to expand and convert our candidate pipeline.
To be successful in this role, you have relevant recruitment experience in the Americas, and an aptitude and excitement for the latest recruiting trends and technologies. You embrace data and KPIs, and use them to elevate performance and continuously improve. You are an excellent internal and external networker. You are a leader who is willing to roll up your sleeves, work side by side with your teams and provide support when needed. You also thrive being a great supervisor and coach to your teams.
You may already hold a comparable level of responsibility, or, you may have an upward trajectory in your talent acquisition career that has prepared you well for the next step by assuming a role at this level.
This position is 100% office-based and can be located in our Corporate headquarters in Milwaukee, WI, or in our offices in Hoffman Estates, IL What you'll do:
- Assume responsibility for the re-imagined global talent acquisition team
- Assess and refine the best operating model for the new team
- Take full accountability for Talent Acquisition performance and process excellence, ensuring effective resource deployment to fill open roles with high quality candidates in required time frames
- Strengthen our employer brand and talent acquisition marketing to attract the best profiles
- Improve candidate experience with an end-to-end approach
- Fill highly complex roles yourself through active sourcing and recruiting
