Job Description

A client of Insight Global is seeking an experienced Director of Talent Acquisition to join their team in SE Houston, TX. This person will report to the VP, of Global Employee Experience and work heavily within Talent and Employee Experience within HR. They will lead the global TA team by creating a recruitment strategy, selecting diverse and top-tier professionals, and driving the company brand in recruiting marketing and positive candidate experience. They will collaborate with stakeholders and hiring managers across the organization to understand departmental needs and align recruiting efforts accordingly. Lastly, this person will establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of TA efforts by regularly reporting on recruitment metrics and providing insights to leadership for continuous improvement.

Required Skills & Experience

Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration or related field

Experience in global talent acquisition

Previous experience working in a matrix organization with HR and leaders

Experience using data and AI to drive initiates and contribute to success

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Knowledge of global recruiting trends, best practices, and employment laws

Experience collaborating with senior executives and managing relationships

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Master's degree

Healthcare or medical device experience

Workday experience

Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.
