Digital Product Manager - Onsite

About the Role

What You’ll Do

• Translate business goals and user needs into actionable product strategies and roadmaps.
• Design and manage R&D product pilots, defining KPIs and success metrics.
• Conduct competitive research and identify opportunities for innovation.
• Facilitate in-person user research and testing to validate product concepts.
• Lead agile rituals and design thinking workshops to refine product direction.
• Collaborate with engineering, UX, and stakeholders to deliver impactful solutions.
• Use data and analytics to track product performance and inform decision-making.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and prioritize initiatives based on business value and user experience.

What You’ll Bring

• 1–2 years of experience in digital product management.
• Experience supporting early-stage product development and proof-of-concept initiatives.
• Exposure to AI productivity tools and emerging technologies.
• Bachelor’s degree required; technical or engineering background preferred.
• MBA or Master’s degree is a plus.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and product development cycles.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Comfort working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with cross-functional teams.
