Position Overview:
Under the direction of the Senior Digital Product Manager, the Digital Product Manager is someone who will help define digital products and console software in accordance with company policies and procedures; participate in the development of the digital product strategy and vision for the company; develop and maintain a network of third party partners and respective integrations into our ecosystem; and develop and manage product roadmaps and features based on strategy and vision.
This role is inherently cross-functional: the digital product manager will work closely with engineering, design, marketing, web development, finance, sales, global subsidiaries, dealers, distributors, customers, third party vendors and executive teams to bring products to market and to develop business opportunities. Duties include market research, product development and marketing/sales support, and strategic partner development and management.
Responsibilities:
Manage JHT’s portfolio of digital products through the product lifecycle:
· Through a deep understanding of customers’ needs, market trends, current technologies and industry research, develop and document rationale for new products, including the use case definition, business plan, data analysis, process analysis and functional requirements analysis
· Manage the product backlog and provide the PMO team with business case, requirements and acceptance criteria
· Work closely with engineering, web development, PMO, Creative, and other departments to secure necessary resources and plan/execute workflows for both new products and their related web properties and those in need of ongoing enhancements and/or maintenance.
· Document and maintain product specifications in the product database
· Accurately communicate product status and development progress across the organization
· Coordinate production of product support materials, including product owner’s manuals, QC charts, as needed
· Develop, coordinate and execute go to market plans in partnership with Global Marketing, R&D, Sales, and local product managers across all of our global subsidiaries.
Prepare product for launch to the market:
· Follow software marketing launch process to lead team in an effort to execute best-in-class marketing launches
· Work closely with marketing team to develop product stories, features and benefits for marketing launches
· Work with education team to develop training materials for both domestic and international distribution
· Work closely with Technology Solutions Analyst on solving field issues and developing supporting documentation
· Educate global sales teams and dealers on new products while highlighting key advantages
· Function as part of the selling approach to develop solutions for customers

Requirements:Education:
· Minimum of four-year degree (or equivalent) in business, marketing, liberal arts or other related fields, such as a bachelor’s in computer science
Experience:
· 5+ years of product management with full lifecycle ownership (concept ? launch ? sunset).
· 5+ years working with consumer-facing technology products (electronics, apps, SaaS).
· Strong background in SaaS product management and Agile methodologies.
· Proven experience managing strategic partnerships, integrations, and third-party vendors.
· Familiarity with enterprise-level integrated software systems and managing platforms with high-volume integrations.
Technical Aptitude:
· Ability to leverage AI tools (e.g., building AI agents, AI automation workflows) to streamline workload and reporting.
· Experience with workflow automation, data scraping, and reporting agents to generate actionable insights.
· Comfortable working at the intersection of hardware (equipment) and software integrations (e.g., asset management platforms, connected devices).
Other Requirements:
· Willingness to work across all functions of the organization and with multiple strategic partners
· Will travel up to 4 times a year, both internationally and domestically. Travel requirements can change based on company needs.
