At Love & Company, the Digital Marketing Specialist is a key member of our digital services team, responsible for coordinating and optimizing campaigns across paid media, SEO, and reporting. You’ll take ownership of campaign execution and analytics while collaborating with senior strategists to deliver meaningful results for our clients.

This role is ideal for someone with a few years of digital marketing experience who’s ready to step into a role with more responsibility and visibility. You’ll have the chance to grow your expertise, contribute new ideas, and make an immediate impact on campaign performance and strategy.

What You'll Actually Do
  • Plan, coordinate, and flight digital campaigns across search, social, and programmatic platforms.
  • Track pacing, budgets, and performance; proactively identify optimization opportunities.
  • Contribute to SEO recommendations, content planning, and email campaign development.
  • Develop dashboards and reporting across Looker Studio, Supermetrics, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and Microsoft Ads.
  • Analyze data, identify insights, and support client-facing recommendations.
  • Maintain processes and documentation to improve efficiency across digital projects.
  • Provide light support for content entry and optimization in WordPress.
  • Assist in managing cross-channel initiatives by collaborating with both digital and traditional media vendors

Our Ideal Candidate Will Have

  • 3–5 years of hands-on digital marketing experience (agency background preferred).
  • Strong working knowledge of paid search, paid social, and/or programmatic media.
  • Proficiency with reporting and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Looker Studio, Supermetrics).
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, budgets, and deadlines with confidence.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities at once.
  • A sharp communicator who can translate data into clear insights.
  • Collaborative, curious, and eager to keep up with evolving digital trends.
