Key Responsibilities:

• Website Management:

  • Manage and update the company website using WordPress, ensuring functionality, performance, and SEO optimization.
  • Create and maintain website content, including blog posts, product pages, and landing pages.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to the website, plugins, or hosting.

• Design:

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to design visually appealing graphics and layouts for the website, email campaigns, and social media.
  • Ensure consistency in brand identity across all digital platforms.

• Online Marketing:

  • Plan, create, and execute digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, Google Ads, and email marketing.
  • Optimize campaigns based on performance metrics and reporting.

• Content Creation:

  • Develop engaging and SEO-friendly content for websites, newsletters, and marketing materials.
  • Work with team members to brainstorm and produce creative content that aligns with our brand and goals.

• Email Marketing:

  • Set up and manage email marketing campaigns using MailChimp, including list segmentation, automation, and A/B testing.
  • Design and write compelling email content that drives engagement and conversions.

• Invoicing & Admin Support:

  • Generate and manage invoices using platforms like QuickBooks or other invoicing software.
  • Assist in managing client relationships by ensuring timely invoicing and follow-up.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience managing WordPress websites, including plugin management and basic coding (HTML/CSS).
• Strong graphic design skills, with experience using tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or Canva.
• Proficiency in MailChimp or similar email marketing tools.
• Experience with SEO, Google Analytics, and social media marketing strategies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with invoicing tools and the ability to manage administrative tasks related to billing.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with e-commerce platforms like WooCommerce or Shopify.
• Basic knowledge of video editing.
• Experience with CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
