Description:

Ball Horticultural Company is seeking a highly effective individual responsible for managing and maintaining high-quality visual content across digital platforms. This role ensures that all product and marketing images are accurate, up-to-date, and aligned with brand standards. The coordinator works cross-functionally with vendor partners, and internal departments to source, organize, and optimize digital assets for marketing use.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Upload, update, and organize images within Asset Manager and apply and maintain metadata for new and existing assets to ensure searchability and consistency.
  • Provide a time critical image sourcing & coordination service to search and retrieve images from internal database.
  • Contact vendors to request missing or corrected product images.
  • Identify, rename, and catalog images received from photography teams.
  • Review and verify image accuracy with proofs
  • Ensure all images meet brand and quality standards before publication.
  • Compile and update reports to track image and asset workflows.
  • Work closely with marketing and sales teams to support image requests for sales initiatives, product launches, and promotional campaigns.
  • Collaborate with external vendors to streamline current and future workflows, ensuring alignment with business initiatives throughout the entire project lifecycle.
Requirements:
  • 2-5 Years Experience in digital marketing, asset coordination, or content management.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field.
  • PowerPoint, Excel, and Microsoft Office experience required for data analysis and visualization.
  • Proficiency with digital asset management (DAM) systems and project management tools.
  • Proficiency with image editing tools such as Adobe Photoshop to edit images as needed, including background removal and basic retouching, is a plus.
    Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent time management abilities.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Collaborates - works cooperatively with others internally and externally to meet shared objectives.
  • Manages complexity – can work with multiple processes, with attention to detail, with high quantities of information to provide the right assets for a project.
  • Tech Savvy - is comfortable learning and adopting new technologies(and encouraging others) for digital marketing applications.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to sit/stand up to 100% of the day
  • Ability to use hands/fingers up to 100% of the day
  • Ability to work in outdoor setting and office setting

Salary Range: $55-70k
