HIRING NOW: Repair Technician / Retail Sales Associate with opportunity for professional growth

Experienced or NO experience is ok! We are looking to hire a device repair team member that will also assist with retail sales for our South Miami location. If you are competitive , enjoy device repair and/or selling and want your hard work to be rewarded financially, we want to hear from you. If you have experience, FANTASTIC (pay will commensurate with experience). If you do not have experience, but would like to become a device repair expert in order to gain an in-demand professional skill, we will provide you with all the (PAID) training needed. We set up all our associates to succeed, and many have gone on to management positions that have given them professional pride and financial success!

We not only sell batteries and lightbulbs for numerous household and commercial applications, but we also repair the latest phones and tablets. Additionally, we sell and program key fobs, and laser-cut high-security keys for almost any vehicle.

SALES ASSOCIATE DUTIES ( paid training provided ):

• Effectively identify and solve lighting and battery problems for retail and commercial customers
• Concisely communicate technical and economic pros and cons of various solutions
• Educate customers in terms of various products and services
• Provide add-on options for customers

DEVICE REPAIR TEAM MEMBER DUTIES ( paid training provided ):

• Assess and repair smart phones, tablets, and other devices as needed
• Test and install automotive batteries and other specialty batteries
• Perform key fob and Smart Key cutting and programming
• Replace batteries in watches, key fobs, cell phones, and more

MINIMIUM QUALIFICATIONS

• H.S. diploma/equivalent plus 1 year of retail sales and/or customer service experience preferred
• Excellent communication and customer service skills; strong customer service focus; ability to inform, teach, and train
• Position requires the employee to regularly use hands to handle or touch electronic products
• Position also requires the employee to regularly use a computer and other office equipment, as well as tools
• Position requires lifting 10-20 lbs on a regular and frequent basis, 50 lbs on an occasional basis, and more than 50 lbs on an infrequent basis
