Job Responsibilities: Processing & Acrylic Work: Process full and partial dentures using heat-cured, cold-cured, and injection-molded acrylics . Perform flasking, investing, and boil-out procedures accurately to ensure high-quality results. Pack and cure dentures while maintaining proper handling techniques to prevent material defects. Trim, finish, and polish dentures to achieve optimal comfort, esthetics, and durability . Post-Processing & Finishing: Remove processed dentures from molds and carefully clean residual plaster or stone. Fine-tune occlusion, adjust fit, and perform necessary refinements to ensure precision. Apply staining, characterizing, and final polishing for a natural appearance. Conduct quality control checks to ensure all functional, aesthetic, and durability standards are met. Work closely with the lab manager to make necessary adjustments based on clinician feedback. General Responsibilities: Maintain a clean and organized workstation, following safety and infection control protocols . Collaborate with the team to troubleshoot and resolve any processing issues. Stay updated with advancements in acrylic processing techniques and denture materials . Assist with training junior technicians when necessary. Qualifications: Experience: Minimum 4+ years in denture processing, acrylic work, or related dental lab experience. Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of acrylic materials, flasking, packing, and polishing techniques . Attention to Detail: Ability to ensure high-quality craftsmanship with minimal errors. Problem-Solving: Ability to troubleshoot processing challenges and make adjustments as needed Team Player: Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Bonus Skills: Experience with 3D printed denture workflows is a plus.
