Responsibilities:Greet and check in patients with professionalism and warmth
Answer phone calls and assist with patient inquiries
Verify insurance eligibility
Make recall calls and schedule appointments
Help manage the hygiene schedule and ensure smooth patient flow
Provide general administrative support to the front office team
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Friendly and professional demeanor
Highly organized with attention to detail
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Comfortable using computers and learning new systems
