Responsibilities & Duties: Accurately pick and pack customer orders for daily fulfillment requirements. Load and unload delivery vehicle utilizing a forklift, pallet jack, and lift gate. Drives to the delivery destination, confirms order with customer, unloads and verifies product, obtains confirmation signature and payment from the customer. Manage individual delivery route by prioritizing customer needs. Maintains customer relationships by providing superior customer service at all times. Operates a company vehicle in a safe and responsible manner. Perform routine inspections of delivery vehicles to ensure DOT safety compliance. Adhere to all company policies and procedures in regard to safety. Maintains a clean workspace. Effectively cross train to assist in other warehouse departments and functions as needed. Our Ideal Candidate: Has a clean driving record Possesses or has the ability to obtain a Class C driver's license. Ability to pass a DOT Physical Exam, Background Check and Drug Screen. Familiar with customer service. Proficient with forklift and other order picking equipment. Team-orientated mindset and strong work ethic. General knowledge of the Long Beach area as well as surrounding LA suburbs. Maintains excellent attendance history. Can perform basic mathematics (adding, subtracting, division, and multiplication) Understands how to read a ruler or tape measurer. Qualifications: Valid Driver's License (required) High school diploma or equivalent (preferred) Commercial driving 1 year (preferred) Warehouse experience (preferred) Physical Requirements: Must be able to lift up to 25lbs frequently Must be able to lift up to 50lbs occasionally Must be able to lift up to 75lbs infrequently Benefits: Medical, Dental and Vision Life Insurance/Accidental Death/LTD - Company Paid Supplemental Life Insurance 401(k) + Company Match!
