Forklift/Shipping Operator Job Details:

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM

Pay Rate: $18.00 – $20.00/hr (top candidates may start at $20/hr; pay increase possible based on performance)

Overtime: Must be willing to work 8–10 hours of overtime per week as needed

Location: Start at 2034 Atlantic Drive, Chesapeake, VA → Relocate to 700 Carolina Rd, Suffolk, VA on October 1, 2025

Forklift/Shipping Operator Job Description:
Operate a two-prong swivel stick forklift and support the shipping/receiving department with:

Container setup in receiving at shift start

Verification and put-away of freight using RF scanner

Unloading palletized freight when necessary

Picking orders for customer pickup
This role is fast-paced, requires strong attention to detail, and involves both forklift and manual warehouse work.

Forklift/Shipping Operator Job Requirements:

2+ years of warehouse and sit-down forklift experience (will be tested on site)

Proficiency with RF scan guns

Distribution center experience preferred

Ability to follow directions with minimal supervision

Dependable, reliable, and flexible to work OT as needed
