We are seeking qualified
Part Time workers with good communication skills for various part-time morning shifts between 6 AM - 4 PM.
You will work Every Other weekend (Saturday & Sunday) and one flexible day (1) during the week that you may choose.
What is a Hospital Cleaner in Environmental Services? Hospital Cleaners serve a vital role in making a difference by ensuring a safe environment for patients, staff, and visitors. This is a fast-paced position that requires interacting and communicating with others while sanitizing patient rooms and public spaces throughout the hospital. Previous experience in housekeeping or commercial cleaning is ideal but not required. You will need to communicate fluently in this position as you will have direct contact with patients, families, doctors, nurses and other staff members that will be speaking English.
Schedule: - Days | 8-hour shifts
- Part-time | 16-31 Hours every two weeks
- Every other weekend/holiday
Pay and Benefits (Total Rewards) - Wage rates start at $16.73 per hour offering more with experience.
- Weekend shift differential is + $1.05 per hour.

Duties: - Hospital cleaners sanitize rooms during patient's stays, and after patients are discharged.
- Tasks include: vacuuming, mopping, changing bedding and re-stocking bathrooms.
- Rooms must be cleaned thoroughly to ensure patient, visitor and staff safety.
- Position includes working with chemicals and coming in contact with bodily fluids.
- PPE is required and provided to protect your health and safety!

Qualifications :
- Ability to read, write simple task requests and reports, and communicate well with others required.
- Ability to take initiative and work independently
- Excellent time management skills and detail-oriented
- Must be at least 18 years of age due to handling of cleaning chemicals and operating mechanical lifts
- High School Diploma or GED or equivalent
