Job title : DATABRICKS ENGINEER Onsite - Bethlehem, PA Required Skills : PL/SQL, Python, Databricks, Databricks SQL Roles & Responsibilities : - Analyze and interpret complex data using Databricks and Databricks SQL to provide actionable insights.
- Develop and maintain robust data analytics frameworks using Databricks, Python and PL/SQL to support business decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into technical specifications.
- Lead the development of scalable and efficient data processing pipelines.
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy in all analytics and reporting activities.
- Provide expertise in data analysis and visualization to communicate findings to non-technical stakeholders.
- Continuously monitor industry trends and advancements in data analytics to recommend improvements.
- Facilitate training sessions for team members on data analytics tools and best practices.
- Manage projects effectively, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget constraints.
- Qualifications - Proven experience with Databricks, Databricks SQL, Python, and PL/SQL is mandatory.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, and analyze significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex data in a clear and concise manner.
- A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is required.
- Experience in data modeling and business intelligence tools is highly desirable.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
