The Data Integrity Analyst will work on data assessment to ensure data integrity and mastering of accounts. Responsibilities include reviewing, auditing, and cleansing account data to maintain data integrity; strategically reviewing accounts for assignment to the correct hierarchies; creating and maintaining documentation on data policies; responding to internal customer inquiries related to sales accounts; maintaining the highest standards in decision-making; interfacing and partnering with other business units as necessary; maintaining effective working relationships between Sales, Collection, and iHeartMedia Revenue Platforms to ensure credit and collection activities are consistent with iHeartMedia’s overall customer relations; and supporting the business needs in any area of the overall team. Required skills include basic computer literacy, attention to detail, basic understanding of organization, willingness to learn, good communication skills (written and verbal), data entry, file management, basic data organization, following procedures, information gathering, basic software proficiency, record keeping, teamwork, and collaboration. The role requires respect for others, open communication, strong problem-solving skills, efficiency with independent work under minimal guidance, commitment to process improvement, and professional communication emphasizing diplomacy, empathy, and patience.
