Responsibilities:

- Answer customer concerns via messages, or chat systems.
- Carry out various data entry tasks with attention to detail.
- Take part in sales calls based on your experience and comfort level.
- Input data into our database system: Collect and digitize data such as spreadsheets into electronic systems.
