We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for a Data Entry Clerk in Teaneck, New Jersey. In this role, you will be working within the clerical sector, specifically within the Accounts Payable department, and will be required to perform various tasks including processing and managing data.

Responsibilities:

• Handle electronic scanning of documents and maintain an organized digital filing system
• Carry out data entry tasks using specific applications such as Powerapp
• Process and manage customer emails effectively and promptly
• Open and sort mail as part of daily tasks
• Execute clerical duties within the department efficiently
• Utilize Microsoft Excel for various tasks as required
• Monitor customer accounts and perform necessary actions as needed
• Resolve customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
• Maintain accurate customer credit records and process customer credit applications effectively

This role provides an excellent platform to gain valuable office experience, particularly in the clerical and data entry field.• Must possess proficiency in Data Entry
• Experience with Scanning Documents is required
• Ability to handle Clerical Duties effectively
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
• High school diploma or equivalent education level
• Previous experience in a similar role is desirable but not mandatory
• Strong typing speed with a high level of accuracy
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Must have strong organization and administrative skills
