• Monitoring customer accounts and taking relevant action when necessary
• Utilizing your skills in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word for data entry and organization of files
• Employing your 10 Key Skills for performing calculations and other tasks
• Handling email correspondence in a professional and timely manner
• Scanning and organizing files as part of your daily duties
• Typing accurately and efficiently to ensure data integrity
• Ensuring all tasks are completed in a detail-oriented manner.• Proficiency in 10 Key Skills
• Proven Customer Service skills
• Prior experience in Data Entry
• Ability to manage Email Correspondence effectively
