Job Description
We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for a meticulous and diligent Data Entry Clerk to join our client's team based in Bonita Springs, Florida. The role primarily focuses on supporting the sales team by enrolling customers onto their customized software. The successful candidate will be expected to manage and maintain accurate records and conduct research.
Responsibilities:
• Accurately and efficiently process customer enrollments
• Maintain detailed records on Excel sheets
• Conduct thorough research to establish and update schedules and supporting documents
• Collaborate closely with team members to ensure smooth operations and data accuracy
• Monitor and update customer records as necessary to maintain accurate data
• Use Microsoft Excel and other data entry tools to manage and organize information
• Provide support to the sales team as needed to ensure customer satisfaction
• Manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, ensuring all deadlines are met
• Ensure all data and records are compliant with company standards and practices.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data management software
• Proven experience in data entry or similar role
• Excellent typing speed with high level of accuracy
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information responsibly
• High school diploma or equivalent education.
