Job Summary: The Data Entry Clerk will be responsible for inputting, updating, and maintaining accurate data in our systems. The ideal candidate will have excellent typing skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Enter data from various sources into the company database with high accuracy.
• Verify and correct data where necessary.
• Maintain and update records ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
• Assist in preparing reports and summaries based on data input.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure data consistency and accuracy.
• Follow data program techniques and procedures to ensure compliance with company standards.
• Provide general administrative support as needed.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in data entry or related fields are a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and data entry software.
• Excellent typing speed and accuracy.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
• Strong time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
