Clayton Services is searching for a Data Entry Clerk to join a thriving company in North Houston. The Data Entry Clerk will enter and maintain data in Excel spreadsheets.

Job Type: Temp-to-Hire
Pay Rate: $18.00-$20.00/hour
Benefits: Excellent benefits, including medical, dental, vision, 401k, PTO, sick leave, and more, are available after the temporary period is completed.

Data Entry Clerk Responsibilities:

• Accurately enter information into Excel spreadsheets
• Maintain and update information
• Checks for accuracy and errors
• Ensures timely completion of work
• Basic administrative duties
• Other duties as assigned

Data Entry Clerk Skills and Abilities:

• Excellent typing skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Excellent time management skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Excellent organization skills
• Microsoft Office proficiency, Excel especially
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team

Data Entry Clerk Education and Experience:

• A minimum of a high school diploma
• Previous administrative experience is required
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
• Construction industry experience is a plus
