About the Role: A Data Entry Clerk at Brand Avenue is responsible for accurately entering and updating data into our systems. This role involves maintaining the integrity and confidentiality of information while ensuring data accuracy and completeness. 

Responsibilities:

• Accurately enter data into company databases and systems.
• Update and maintain data records as required.
• Verify data for accuracy and completeness.
• Identify and correct data entry errors using appropriate quality control methods.
• Generate reports and perform data analysis as required.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure data consistency and accuracy.
• Assist with other administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in data entry or a similar role preferred.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong typing skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication skills.
