Data Analyst (Data Management) TS/SCI Dayton, OH

Clearance: Active TS/SCI (required)

Location: On-site, Dayton, OH

Travel: Minimal

Employment Type: Full-time

Salary: $110,000 - $300,00 DOE

Overview

Were looking for Data Analysts (Levels DA1DA4) to support data management and intelligence exploitation. Join a team delivering high-impact intelligence products to national security customers.

Responsibilities

• Perform data exploitation and analysis to produce actionable intelligence.
• Develop data-driven solutions utilizing scripting, querying, and data visualization tools.
• Support mission planning and analysis; present findings to team and customers.
• Maintain data integrity and follow all security and compliance standards.
• Coordinate closely with customers and teammates in a collaborative environment.

Experience & Education (by Level)

• DA1: 2 years of college/technical training + 2 years experience
• DA2: 2 years of college/technical training + 5 years experience
• DA3: Bachelors + 5 years experience
• DA4: Bachelors + 10 years experience

Skills & Tools

• Prior experience in data management, data exploitation, or all-source analysis
• Proficiency in data tools/languages (SQL, Python, R, Elasticsearch, Splunk, Tableau, Grafana)
• Familiarity with Linux, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) highly desired
• Strong communication and writing skills; capable of briefing senior leaders
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and adapt to evolving mission requirements

Certifications (Desired)

• DoD 8570 baseline cert (e.g. Security+, CASP+, CISSP)
• Data-specific certs (e.g. Azure Data Scientist, AWS Certified Data Analytics, Splunk Core User)

Security & Compliance

• Active TS/SCI required at time of hire
• U.S. Citizenship required
• Compliance with NISPOM, DCID 6/3, DoD policies
