We’re looking for a warm, people-focused individual to be the welcoming face of Martin School of Dance during our busiest hours. As the Studio Concierge & Family Liaison, you’ll be the person who makes our students and families feel at home while keeping the front of the studio running smoothly. No dance experience required—just a big smile, a professional attitude, and the ability to juggle small tasks while small children pirouette around you.

Hours:

20 hours per week

Monday – Friday, 3 PM – 7 PM

What You’ll Do:

• Greet and assist families as they arrive for classes
• Be the go-to presence during class times to answer questions and keep things running smoothly
• Handle basic registration, tuition payments, and scheduling needs (training provided)
• Conduct studio tours for prospective families and follow up with leads
• Keep the studio welcoming and tidy, ensuring a positive first impression
• Support small behind-the-scenes tasks (emails, quick calls, etc.)

• Comfort with basic computer tasks (we’ll show you our system)
• Ability to stay calm and helpful in a busy environment
• Reliability—because kids notice when their favorite person at the front desk isn’t there
