Company Summary: Enterprise Engineering Services, LLC (EES) of Marlton, NJ is looking to hire full-time Cybersecurity Test Engineers to support FAA efforts in Reston / Herndon, VA.

Position Summary: EES is seeking Cybersecurity Test Engineers at the Journeyman, Senior, and SME levels to support FAA modernization efforts. These roles provide technical oversight of security testing activities, validate that security controls are functioning as intended, and ensure compliance with cybersecurity requirements.

Qualifications:

• Journeyman:
  • Education: BS/BA
  • Experience: 5–7 years
• Senior:
  • Education: BS/BA
  • Experience: 8–11 years
• SME:
  • Education: BS/BA
  • Experience: 12+ years

• Experience conducting security testing and validation
• Familiarity with cybersecurity compliance frameworks and FAA standards
• Ability to assess and verify security control effectiveness
• Knowledge of penetration testing, vulnerability scanning, and remediation strategies
• Strong analytical and documentation skills
• Ability to collaborate with engineering and cybersecurity teams
• U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Residency required

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Oversee security testing activities across FAA modernization efforts
• Validate that security controls are functioning as intended
• Ensure compliance with FAA cybersecurity requirements
• Collaborate with subcontractors and internal teams to align testing with system goals
• Document findings and support remediation planning
• Contribute to continuous improvement of security testing processes
