This role is ideal for attorneys with over 5 years of complex litigation experience in State and Federal Courts, particularly those with a background in cybersecurity and data privacy. Key responsibilities include defending privacy lawsuits, managing large-scale E-Discovery, incident response for cybersecurity incidents, and drafting legal notices and policies pursuant to various privacy statutes.
