Job Description

We are seeking a Customer Support Specialist to be the primary point of contact for our customers. This role requires an individual who excels at multitasking, remains calm under pressure, and has a customer-first mentality. You will answer calls, chats, and emails, provide exceptional customer service, onboard new customers, and support ongoing customer success initiatives. While prior experience with CRM tools like Hubspot is a plus, we are willing to train the right candidate. The role demands excellent communication skills, technical aptitude, and the ability to manage multiple communication channels simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact by promptly and professionally answering customer inquiries via phone, online chats, and emails.
  • Engage proactively with clients through all communication channels to establish strong relationships and deliver outstanding customer support.
  • Efficiently multitask across communication channels while managing customer interactions and recording notes in the CRM (Hubspot).
  • Onboard new customers, ensuring a smooth transition and optimal utilization of products and services.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the company’s products and technologies to provide tailored customer solutions and effective troubleshooting.
  • Offer ongoing support for product optimization and preventive maintenance, ensuring customers receive the maximum value from their purchase.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in Google Suite and Hubspot for daily tasks, including communication, data entry, and note-taking.
  • Maintain high standards of professionalism in verbal and written communication, demonstrating attention to detail in all interactions.
  • Exhibit excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills to ensure positive and satisfactory customer interactions.

Qualifications:

  • BA/BS degree with 2-3 years of relevant experience, or High School Diploma with 5-7 years of relevant experience.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Technical aptitude and ability to quickly learn new technologies and products.
  • Ability to thrive in a high-volume, transactional sales environment.
  • Prior experience with Hubspot (CRM) and Google Suite preferred but not required (training provided).
  • Ability to remain calm and patient under pressure, managing multiple tasks and customer inquiries simultaneously.
