What you will do: Relationship Management: Build strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders Retention & Expansion: Drive high retention rates and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities by understanding customer goals. Proactive Engagement: Monitor customer health, anticipate risks, and implement strategies to mitigate churn. Success Planning: Develop customized success plans to align our solutions with customer business objectives. Champion client satisfaction by understanding their goals and helping them unlock the full potential and solutions Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer journeys and maximize value delivery Lead onboarding, engagement, and retention strategies that inspire loyalty and long-term partnerships Be the voice of the customer—advocating feedback and driving product improvements What We’re Looking For: 5+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, or a related role in SaaS/Tech. Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving measurable success Exceptional listening, presentation, and interpersonal skills to engage stakeholders at all levels. Ability to troubleshoot issues, manage escalations, and collaborate cross-functionally for resolutions. Comfortable analyzing usage data to derive insights and guide customer strategy. Thrives in a fast-paced startup environment, managing multiple priorities with a proactive attitude.
