Customer Service Representative (Remote – Phoenix, AZ)
Phoenix, Arizona
This role starts with very short in-office training — after that, you’ll have the opportunity to work remotely from home with company-provided equipment.
Duties include:
Answer and manage 60+ inbound calls per day, plus customer emails and live chats
Provide fast, friendly, and accurate service to every customer
Accurately document and resolve cases in a timely manner
Stay organized and calm while juggling multiple tasks in a high-volume call center
Possible pay difference for bilingual - Spanish - skills.
