We are hiring Customer Service Agents who are looking to kick start their career as a Licensed Life and Health Insurance Agent! This is a remote position, and our client will provide comprehensive training to support you in obtaining your Life and Health Insurance License. Job Title : Licensed Insurance Agent
Start Date : July 29th
Pay Rate : $15.50 (Paid Weekly!)

Training Schedule: 9:30 AM - 6 PM CST
Production Schedule:  

• Must be available between the hours of 7 AM - 8 PM CST, Monday - Sunday

* Equipment will be provided to work from home!*

Key Competencies:

• Data entry from application images into the system
• Accurate processing of applications and eligibility determination
• Reviewing appeals and providing resolution
• Identifying and addressing fraudulent activities
• Maintaining records of customer interactions
• Participating in regular training sessions and staff meetings
• Providing excellent customer experiences in all interactions
• Responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls as well as email/chat in a call center environment regarding a variety of requests.
• Maintain complete accurate records of client interaction including phone calls and/or emails, utilizing internal and external software.
• Demonstrates commitment to serving customer needs and solving problems efficiently with insight and first contact resolution.
• Use decision-support tools to respond to common customer work/service order inquires and requests.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma
• 1+ years of customer service experience
• Ability to type 30 WPM
• Proficiency in Microsoft Windows and Internet-based applications
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Willingness to adapt to change and learn new skills
