We are currently seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team in San Antonio, TX. This role is responsible for handling both inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with toll road inquiries across the United States. The ideal candidate will demonstrate professionalism, clear communication skills, and the ability to manage customer accounts effectively.

Training:
Two-week training period Monday-Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with a one-hour lunch break.
Please note: Missing a day or arriving late during training may result in termination.
Work Hours (Post Training):
Monday through Friday between 8:30 AM and 5:00 PM CST (30-minute lunch), with a rotating Saturday schedule (CST).
Future Adjustment: Once the office is fully operational, the shift will transition to 9:30 AM-6:00 PM (30-minute lunch), with a rotating Saturday (CST)
