Addison Group is working with a client in the manufacturing and biotechnology sector. They are committed to providing top-tier service and support for customers, and are looking to expand their team with a Customer Service Representative.

Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to manage a high volume of customer calls and emails. This role will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, processing orders, and ensuring timely and effective communication with both internal teams and customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle 25+ customer calls daily and manage email responses.
• Process customer orders and provide order status updates.
• Assist with customer returns and manage incomplete order submissions.
• Create work orders in the company’s system.
• Coordinate with vendors for repair authorizations and manage repair-related communications with customers.
• Monitor turnaround times for vendor repairs and invoicing to ensure timely processing.

Qualifications:

• 6 months–2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a high-volume environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; AS400 experience is a plus.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to handle a high volume of calls and emails.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to meet company metrics.
