**Transcript**A customer service team is like a well-oiled machine. If you don't know the answer or you cannot find the answer, there's always someone somewhere willing to help out. If it's not your own immediate team that has the responses for you, you can always reach out to a lead or a supervisor and find a response that's appropriate for the customer. In all my time working for this company, I've never had a situation where I haven't been able to find a resolution, thanks to my team.
