As a production-focused company, we have multiple facilities and hundreds of expert employees who handcraft and assemble our products here in the US. Schedule

Seasonal (On-site) position – Full-time & Part-time schedules available.
Opportunity to be hired Full-Time after season ends.

Requirements

• Strong background in photography or other photographic industry.
• Minimum 1 year Business-to-Business Customer Service experience.
• Experience taking inbound phone calls and making outbound phone calls to clients.
• Proficient in assisting clients via the phone without relying on a script.
• Experience communicating to clients via email.
• Proficient in Photoshop and computer skills.
• Ability to type a minimum of 35 words per minute.
