We are currently adding experienced carpenters to our teams operating in the Twin Cities area. Job-site training will be provided by the best and most experienced carpenters in the industry. Our expert staff consistently produce the highest quality obtainable in our profession, and we provide comprehensive craftsmanship skills training at all levels of experience. Our residential projects are consistently $2,000,000 + Custom Homes for the most elite and prestigious builders in Minnesota. Many of our homes are showcased in the Parade of Homes and Artisan Home Tour as well as featured in several magazines. Compensation is based on experience and an initial wage may be quickly reassessed after the first week of employment. Payroll is processed weekly with automatic direct deposit. Incentive programs and benefit packages are offered, including Health Insurance, PTO, & Simple IRA for those who qualify.
