We're looking for friendly people to do the day-to-day work of filling soap dispensers, sweeping, recycling, cleaning bathrooms and more

Job Summary:

Provides general cleaning of assigned facilities in accordance with Agency and/or contract specifications.

• Maintains equipment/supplies.
• Maintains cleanliness of assigned areas such as restrooms, offices, floors and hallways; using proper cleaning agents, standard custodial practices and operating high and low speed scrubbers and carpet extractors.
• Fills soap dispensers, refills paper towel racks and distributes toilet paper and other supplies as necessary.
• Communicates with supervisor regularly.

Work location: Gorham, Maine

Minimum Requirements:

• Ability to engage in physical activity including standing, walking, descending stairs
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Reliable transportation to worksite
• Criminal background check that meets Agency standards

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in a custodial role
