Job Description
Solve IT Strategies is looking for a CRO Specialist . This role is Remote.
The Main Responsibilities of a person are:
- Design and execute strategic testing initiatives with a goal to increase product conversion rates
- Collaborate with key stakeholders such as Product Marketing, Data Science, Creative, Paid Digital and MarTech
- Create and refine processes to generate data-backed hypotheses and ideas for testing
- Anticipate and solve any roadblocks or challenges that may impact initiative delivery
- Project manage tests, while building repeatable, consistent processes and best practices for test execution
- Upkeep various experimentation resources such as a learnings library to drive continuous operational improvements
- Partner with MarTech, Marketing Data Science and various Engineering teams to improve and iterate on the testing platform as well as data capabilities
- Identify process gaps and increase and formalize efficiencies as needed
Requirements:
- 2-3+ years proven experience using data and insights to inform web optimization projects such as A/B tests, multivariate tests, landing page performance audits, personalization; financial services a plus
- Great communication skills, both verbally and electronically with demonstrated examples of relationship-building across a highly matrixed organization
- Well-organized, detail oriented, and resourceful
- Ability to work under pressure, handle changing priorities and simultaneously handle multiple priorities
- Comfortable liasoning and presenting to senior leadership and executives
- Experience with Optimizely or similar testing platform
- Experience with Amplitude, Tableau or a similar analytics tool
- Experience working with a CMS (content management system) with Wordpress, Contentful, etc.
- Familiarity with various project management systems (Agile, Kanban) and platforms (Workfront, JIRA)
