Express Employment Professionals has partnered with a well-established financial institution in the Westlake area to hire an experienced and customer-focused Credit Union Personal Banker . This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys helping others achieve their financial goals while working in a supportive and professional environment.

Pay Rate: $19.00-$22.00 per hour

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver prompt, friendly, and efficient service to customers.
• Process deposits, withdrawals, and other financial transactions with accuracy and professionalism.
• Open and maintain both personal and business accounts.
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate financial products or services.
• Support ATM verification, reconciliation, and other operational tasks.
• Ensure compliance with all company policies and regulatory standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and positive work environment.
• Collaborate with team members and assist with cross-training as needed.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must have a minimum of 4 years of teller or personal banking experience .
• Experience working with credit unions is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Dependable and professional with the ability to handle confidential information.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic banking software systems.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
• Must be able to pass background and drug screening.
