Job Description
Dynamic and successful national law firm has an opening for a strong Corporate Merger & Acquisition Associate in Minneapolis, Austin, St. Louis and several other offices throughout the United States. The ideal candidate for this opportunity will be a graduate of a Top Tier Law School with at least 5 years of recent experience in an established, respected law firm handling general corporate transactions such as merger and acquisition, purchase & sale, financing, venture capital, joint venture and other commercial transactions. A qualified attorney for this position will have hands-on experience handling transactions in the capital market sphere, particularly in guiding clients through the structuring and negotiation of large equity and debt-related transactions. Compensation and benefits package is competitive and commensurate with experience; salary ranges provided are for general guidance only. All resumes will be handled in the utmost confidence.
