About the Role

The Company is seeking a Corporate Counsel to join its legal team and provide support to the procurement, supply chain, and operations business units. The successful candidate will be responsible for offering general legal advice across a range of supply chain functions, including direct material, outsourcing, software, license, and indirect supply teams. This role involves drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a variety of commercial contracts, managing litigation matters, and supporting supply chain compliance programs. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 7 to 10 years of related experience, with a law degree from a reputable US law school and active Bar membership. Solid experience in commercial contract work, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to work independently are essential. Candidates with a background in the automotive industry and experience in global operations, data privacy, and counseling on regulatory matters such as antitrust, privacy and environmental compliance are preferred. The role requires the ability to make sound decisions, deliver results, and demonstrate leadership and collaboration. The candidate should be willing to travel occasionally, including internationally, and be eligible to work remotely with the flexibility to visit the office as needed. The position demands a professional with a strong work ethic, a commitment to high performance, and a dedication to fostering an inclusive and diverse work environment.
