Job Description

Great role for a Contract Business Immigration Attorney (2nd year+) with Business Immigration experience. This is a fully remote role working on Pacific Time for a firm offering great culture and healthy work-life balance.

Description

A varied role, as Immigration Attorney, you will:

  • On behalf of corporate clients you will assist with a variety of immigration matters for clients
  • EB1-3
  • I-140 initiations
  • Some H-1B, NIW, PERM work too
  • Guide clients through immigration strategy and solutions
  • Perform immigration due diligence work

Profile

The successful Immigration Attorney/ Business Immigration Attorney will have demonstrable experience:

  • JD from an accredited law school
  • 2 years+ immigration experience
  • Collaborative - worked with attorneys, paralegals and other legal staff
  • Strong communicator with excellent verbal/ written communication skills
  • Collaborative, able to build effective relationships/ networks, internally & externally
  • Commitment to excellent customer service, working sensitively and efficiently on behalf of clients

Job Offer

Competitive offering for the successful Immigration Attorney:

  • Hourly rate: c. $50.00 hour W2 engagement (depending on experience)
  • Contract starting immediately, 1-2 month initial engagement (with potential scope for extension/ conversion to permanent employee)
