Job Description

Our client is a leader in the design industry and is looking to bring someone on their team as a Continuous Improvement Project Manager . This position will be balancing robust project pipelines to meet customer needs alongside managing continuous improvement initiatives.


The ideal candidate has an industrial engineering or mechanical engineering background.



Continuous Improvement Project Manager Responsibilities:

• Manage up to 10-12 projects at once
• Oversee project from sales to design to drafting to operations
• Work closely with sales team to adjust design of customer need
• Create drafting in Solid Works or CAD

Continuous Improvement Project Manager Requirements:

• Bachelor's in Engineering - preferred in Mechanical or Industrial
• 2+ years of experience in project management
• Manufacturing experience
• Experience with CAD or solid works
• Experience with Lean Six Sigma and Kaizen
